Smooth Key Scroll is a Google Chrome extension designed to change the way you scroll when reading a webpage. It aims to remove the keyboard repeat rate when you scroll a page in order to provide you with a smooth movement.
The extension allows you to adjust the scroll speed and to use modifier keys in order to use different speeds.
Note: In order to install the extension you need to drag and drop the downloaded file in the Extensions tab.
